Using Gather · 使用 Gather
Gather supports event discovery, pre-orders, payment-status recording and onsite pickup. Customer checkout requires a signed-in account; authorised staff can assist with onsite orders through POS.
Gather 提供活动浏览、预订、付款状态记录与现场取货。顾客结账须登录账号；获授权员工可通过 POS 协助现场下单。
Event details and availability · 活动资料与供应
Each organiser sets its event details, deadline, products, stock, required checkout information and available payment methods. Check these details before ordering. Pre-orders close at the event deadline, while existing order tracking remains available.
各主办方设置活动资料、截止时间、商品、库存、必填资料与付款方式。下单前请核对相关说明。预订会在截止时间结束，已有订单仍可查询。
Payments and collection · 付款与取货
QR receipts require review. Classroom collection records payment separately from pickup. Cash or transfer must actually be received before staff records payment. The platform records payment and fulfillment status; it does not automatically debit bank accounts or issue bank refunds. Keep your pickup pass private and present it at collection.
二维码付款凭证须审核。班级收款与取货分开记录。员工必须实际收到现金或转账后才记录收款。平台记录付款和履约状态，不会自动从银行账号扣款或发起银行退款。请妥善保存并在取货时出示私人凭证。
Changes, refunds and help · 变更、退款与协助
Contact the event organiser about products, collection arrangements, order changes or refunds. For account or platform assistance, contact marcusyap.manhin@gmail.com. Provide the relevant order ID when asking about an order, without sharing your password or private pickup token publicly.
商品、取货安排、订单变更或退款请联系对应活动主办方。账号及平台问题请联系 marcusyap.manhin@gmail.com。查询订单时可提供订单号，请勿公开密码或私人取货令牌。
Responsible access · 妥善使用账号
Use accurate checkout information, keep account credentials and pickup passes private, and use only the event and staff permissions assigned to you. Read the Privacy Policy for how account and order information is processed.
请填写准确的结账资料，妥善保管账号与取货凭证，并只使用获分配的活动和员工权限。账号与订单资料的处理方式详见隐私政策。
