Gather is the event pre-order and pickup system provided by MYMH SYSTEM SOLUTION Studio. Event organisers manage their own events and fulfil their orders. For privacy questions, contact marcusyap.manhin@gmail.com.

Information we process · 我们处理的资料
Account information includes your email address, display name and authentication identifiers. When you choose Google sign-in, Supabase Auth receives your Google account identifier, verified email and basic profile information, which may include your profile picture. Email/password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; Gather’s order database does not store account passwords.
账号资料包括邮箱、显示名称与认证标识。选择 Google 登录时，Supabase Auth 会接收 Google 账号标识、已验证邮箱与基本个人资料，其中可能包含头像。邮箱与密码认证由 Supabase Auth 处理；Gather 的订单数据库不保存账号密码。
Orders and payment receipts · 订单与付款凭证
We process the details you submit at checkout, such as name, phone/WhatsApp number, class, notes, organiser-defined fields, selected products and options, payment receipts, payment status and pickup status. Required details vary by event. Technical records include audit events and IP-based rate-limit information used to protect the service.
我们处理您结账时提交的姓名、电话或 WhatsApp、班级、备注、主办方自定义资料、商品与搭配、付款凭证、付款状态及取货状态。必填资料按活动设置。技术记录包括用于保护服务的操作审计与基于 IP 的请求限流资料。
How information is used · 资料用途
We use account information to sign you in, identify your account and show your orders. Order details support reservations, payment review, preparation, pickup, customer enquiries and reconciliation. Google account information is not sold or used for advertising. Gather does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Calendar.
账号资料用于登录、识别账号及显示您的订单。订单资料用于预订、付款审核、备货、取货、顾客查询与对账。Google 账号资料不会被出售或用于广告。Gather 不申请读取 Gmail 邮件、Google Drive 文件或 Google Calendar 的权限。
Who can access information · 谁可以访问资料
The system Owner can administer platform records. Event administrators and assigned staff receive access appropriate to their event and role. Buyers can view their account orders and private pickup passes. A private pickup-pass link grants access to its order, so keep it private. If enabled by the organiser, public exact-match order search returns limited status information rather than contact details or pickup tokens.
系统 Owner 可管理平台记录；活动管理员及获分配员工按活动与职位获得相应权限。顾客可查看账号订单及私人取货凭证。私人凭证链接可用于访问对应订单，请妥善保管。若主办方开放公开精确查询，查询只返回有限订单状态，不公开联系方式或取货令牌。
Service providers and messages · 服务提供商与通知
Cloudflare provides website hosting, D1 order data and R2 file storage. Supabase provides authentication, Google provides optional sign-in and public font assets, and Brevo delivers authentication emails. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. Authorised staff can manually open WhatsApp to send an order-related message using the phone number you provide.

Browser storage and files · 浏览器存储与文件
Browser storage keeps your login session, language preference, cart and saved pickup passes. Uploaded event covers and menus are public images. Payment receipts are stored as private objects and are available to authorised staff for the relevant event. Upload only information needed for payment review.
浏览器存储用于保存登录状态、语言、购物车与取货凭证。活动封面及菜单为公开图片；付款凭证保存为私人对象，由对应活动的获授权员工审核。请只上传核实付款所需的资料。
Retention and privacy requests · 资料保留与隐私请求
Order, financial and audit history may remain after an event is removed from the storefront. The system does not automatically erase this history when an event is deleted. Contact the Studio to request access, correction or deletion of account information; we may need to verify your identity and review any order, financial or security records that need to be retained. Contact your event organiser for order-specific changes and refunds.
活动从前台移除后，订单、财务及审计记录仍可能保留；删除活动不会自动清除这些历史资料。如需访问、更正或申请删除账号资料，请联系 Studio。我们可能需要核实身份，并检查需要保留的订单、财务或安全记录。订单变更及退款请联系对应活动主办方。
School events · 学校活动
Parents or guardians can place orders for students. Staff-assisted POS ordering is also available. Organisers should request only the details needed to manage their event. Google sign-in is optional; email sign-in remains available.
家长或监护人可代学生下单，也可通过员工 POS 协助下单。主办方应只要求活动管理所需的资料。Google 登录为可选方式，顾客仍可使用邮箱登录。
